Aware of the challenges that public and private companies and institutions must face in the coming years, the San Telmo International Institute decided to develop training activities, some of which are unique in Europe, to help senior management make decisions every time More just and effective and to govern with efficiency and respect towards those who collaborate with them. The Institute's main objective is to develop the managerial skills of the participants in its programs.
It has always maintained close and deep contact with business reality through research, consulting and teaching. For this reason, the training is oriented to the needs of the professionals in exercise.
Since 1982, the year in which the first Senior Management program was carried out, more than nine thousand five hundred entrepreneurs and senior managers of companies and private and public institutions have carried out a training or improvement program in San Telmo.
At present, the Institute imparts its Programs in its two permanent offices in Malaga and Seville, as well as in other places in Spain and the rest of the world.
